Armour Stands?

Does anyone know if repairing the weapon on an armour stand reduces the amount of scraps needed up to 50% with level 100 Smithing? 04ismailjj6 (talk) 17:58, February 3, 2013 (UTC) 23:05, January 20, 2013 (UTC)

Repairing

Idk who put it as 75 scraps but when i try and repair my main hand mace it is taking 100 chitin scraps per 1%

and 50 scraps per 1% for the off hands121.74.249.245 04:19, March 1, 2013 (UTC)

Formula

The formula seems to be too complicated. It seems to be equivalent to:

level / 2 - 9

or equivalently:

0.5 * level - 9
