Skilling Bonus

Does it stack with other xp bonus? Like Refer a friend, pendant of skill, gilded altar etc.

According to Avatar handbook it should stacks with almost everything, only exceptions mentioned are bonus XP weekends (which would be abandoned anyway) and Refer a Friend bonus.

Also would this disintegrate clans since everyone wants to be the warden? (24/7 free 6% bonus!)

After a while the novelty will wear off, just wait how it develops.

10% xp gain buff== Does that mean a cap of 1400 will be (1400*0.1)+1400=1540 per clanmate?

That's what it sounds like, looking forward to getting the answer in 36 hours when my clan updates. Forum moderator crownFerrelShadowSlayer 05:01, August 16, 2012 (UTC)
Nope, you just get to the cap 9.1% faster.Blasty Talk 15:55, August 16, 2012 (UTC)

Under Warden, the last sentence is " if dismissed, it takes 24 hours to wait per avatar". What exactly is it that takes 24 hours?

1. After dismissing the avatar, the same warden cannot summon that avatar again for 24 hours, OR

2. After dismissing the avatar, the same warden cannot summon any other avatar again for 24 hours OR

3. After dismissing the avatar, any other warden cannot summon that avatar again for 24 hours, OR

4. After dismissing the avatar, any warden cannot summon any avatars again on that world for 24 hours?

Skylar8907 here, never used discussion thing before so dunno if I'm doing this right but I can tell you 2. 3. 4. are out. I dismissed my avatar then went straight to citadel where another warden summoned one I just dissmissed and I summoned another. I'll let you know about 1. when I get on tomorrow but I'm guessing number 1. Also I went to duel and it told me no pets allowed so I'm assuming it acts as a pet if anyone wants to make up a chart of things a warden can not do while having avatar instead of little trivias/further investigation required of course.

From what I have gathered, it is as following (and it is 6 hours now instead of 24): If not dismissed, the avatar will automatically return to it's habitat if the warden is logged off for this 6 hours. I have summoned and dismissed my clan's avatar multiple times on the same world within short spaces of times, taking over seamlessly from other wardens, while keeping the avatar on the same world - our clan's homeworld - most of the time. So all of the four options above are out of the question. The only thing that timer is for is when the warden does not dismiss the avatar, that it returns to it's habitat after a certain amount of time after the warden logged off. This used to be 24 hours, but is reduced to 6 hours at this week's update. Elanthiel (talk) 22:44, August 25, 2012 (UTC)

Dungeoneering

I tested it and got 6% xp bonus after finishing a floor when avatar was near entrance the whole time. I also got 6% bonus while in the dungeon itself. Nothing special here. (talk) 22:28, August 25, 2012 (UTC)

Ice Barraging So I brought it with me to skeletons today and it only gave between 0.1 -3.3 xp bonus, not sure what it is calculating on.

This is because of the glitch outlined in the second point of the trivia section. Elanthiel (talk) 08:20, August 26, 2012 (UTC)

Paying Avatars

Upon paying 300 orts, does it apply to all of the avatars? Or just 1? I only have a T3 citadel at the moment so I can't exactly test this. Does anybody know? Logically, it seems like only one would have to be paid, but either way, it should be added to the page. User:Lahrun/Signature 09:01, August 27, 2012 (UTC)

As you said: you pay once and can use all avatars during the next 7 days (actually: the next 7 x 24 hours).

does anybody know how to add buffs to the avatar area? the hand books are useless.

You add buffs to an avatar after it first appears in the newly made habitat. Once you choose the buffs for a specific avatar, they can not be changed (you may switch between the ones you chose, but only those). If you want other buffs, you'll have to destroy the habitat. Is that what you mean?

Void Knight Outpost

The wiki does not mention that Clan avatars cannot be taken to the Void Knight Outpost, which they cannot.

Probably want to add that bit of into to the page.

You are welcome to add anything (as long as it is not vandalism) to the page. I added it in for you, next time try doing it yourself. Derpian (talk) 01:59, September 14, 2012 (UTC)

Vine

Does it apply to all the wild vine XP? I should have tested today, but I didn't. Rich Farmbrough, 13:34 11 October 2012 (UTC).

Healing

The Clan avatar's healing analysis should be included in the healing analysis between Unicorns , Titans , Bunyips AS Titan (talk) 05:11, October 16, 2012 (UTC)

Multiple avatars in citadel

The skilling bonus doesn't stack. The example for summoning two 6% avatars at two plots is wrong. Only the first 6% avatar summoned will take effect. The second 6% avatar has no effect. Thus you can't have two 6% at two plots (even for the the person who summoned it). Also, if the first 6% avatar is dismissed, the remained second 6% avatar doesn't kick in either. It needs to be dismissed and resummoned.

P.S. sorry new to this. dont know how to add its own title/topic. but hope this help to correct the info. {u}

It does work but it is very tricky. Every person can only get the buff from a single avatar, and there is no dependable way of choosing which avatar this is. But two different people could get buffs from different avatars. To make it even more tricky the warden does not necessarily get his or her buff from his or her own avatar, meaning that they might end up with a 3% bonus even if their own avatar is next to them. In general when you have a link with an avatar already you cannot form a new link with a new avatar, for example if you would enter the citadel while an avatar is present and then summon another avatar. I am not sure what happens when you enter the citadel with two avatars present, it might be random, pick the nearest or the most recent, I don't know. On top of this you do not automatically fall back to another avatar when the avatar you are linked with is dismissed, but logging out and in can resolve that. Resurrection

Has anyone tried this out? I'm wondering if you took an avatar to the wildy for warbands and got the wand, would the instand death you then receive be negated? Or does the buff work differently in the wild? Do you live but still drop everything? Anyone who has experimented with this, info would be much appreciated! Thanks! 71.237.68.118 18:07, June 13, 2013 (UTC)

Resource collection

I was testing the collection rate for resources with the avatar earlier and i seem to be getting 11.11 resources per minute (1/90th) meaning that the time for the cap is 90 minutes although i have only tested this on a tier 1 woodcutting plot with tier 1 storehouse and tier 1 avatar habitat. This varies from the numbers given so this makes me wonder if the rate varies or the information is old and needs to be updated. 82.45.21.24 18:15, July 15, 2013 (UTC)

Regarding this piece of trivia: "Clan Avatars can collect resources from skill plots that have not been built yet, but the skill plot has to be in the upgrades queue for the avatar to collect the resources from that skill plot." I currently have a tier 3 citadel with a tier 2 mine and a tier 2 tree. My avatar can collect stone, timber and charcoal, but not ore and no bars. My build queue is empty, so that doesn't all add up. Either way it is very weird, and kind of pointless, that it can collect charcoal but not ore. Promissory noteTHARKON 21:35, November 28, 2013 (UTC)

The page mentions 1/90 per 45 seconds. The comment above mentions 1/90 per minute. I just timed mine and it also seems to be 1/90 per minute. Does anyone know where the 45 seconds come from? One of my clanmates suggested it might vary based on the amount of people in the citadel. If anyone else could get some times we might figure this out.
