This talk page is for discussing the Dagannoth (Waterbirth Island) page.

Combat Levels

I'm currently doing a Slayer task of Dagannoths and I noticed that the ones in the first room of the Waterbirth Island dungeon are combat level 90 and only use melee, while the article only mentions level 92 melee ones. The Waterbirth Island article mentions that there are levels 70, 88, and 90 dags in that room, so maybe this article should be edited to reflect that. Phoenix316 17:16, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

Ring of wealth drops

I have received 150 onyx bolts as a ring of wealth drop, could somebody please add this to the article. If there are any other ing of wealth only drops, discuss them here and add them. 07:23, March 16, 2011 (UTC)

Slayer Master

Summona assigned me a Slayer task of Dagannoths, which is not mentioned on the right hand side of the page.

Added. (:

I just wanna say I've been farming these for the past few days and have gotten 4 torstol seed drops and about 15 of each helm drop. They DO drop torstol seeds, just very rarely. I edited the drop list but someone changed back, please add torstol seeds to drop table.  —The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk) on 08:28, 18 January 2013‎ (UTC).

The drops you received are from the Rare Drop Table, and are already mentioned below the drop tables (under the Rare Drop Table drops section). Haidro (talk) 08:32, January 18, 2013 (UTC)

OMG there's like a billion of them immediately converging onto you... Extreme133 (talk) 17:52, January 27, 2013 (UTC)

There's a logic in the charm drp rates.

They drop twice as many crimsons as gold, and twice as many gold as green.

Given blues are rarer - trickier to find the odds there.

Numbers just this trip so far: (I may add info from future trips)

1041 crimson / 521 gold / 255 green / 39 blues. 16:17, April 26, 2013 (UTC)

Aggression after 8 May 2013

This is just a note to help clear up some edits made to the article since the game update. Jagex reduced the "hunt range" of dags on 8 May. That means they can't "see" players from across the room any more. They have to be within a few squares of the player. They are still aggressive. When I walk in the room, I get attacked without doing anything else (like using Incite or Provoke). That's aggressive. --User:Saftzie/Signature 19:07, June 1, 2013 (UTC)

I removed some drops (coloured Fremennik capes and shirts) listed as uncommon because I have not received them in several tasks done here. If anyone gets these as a drop I think they should be added back as rare or very rare drops. Magic logs detailIsobelJRaw rocktail detail 20:21, July 4, 2013 (UTC)

They are showing weakness to earth spells, though these may be a different dagannoth. 14:50, January 29, 2018 (UTC)
