The player picture shows the medallion strung but using a ball of wool on the medallion does not string it - you get the message "Nothing interesting happens." Was this just a photshop job?

i am doing the ectos and when i went below to fill my buckets, i noticed that it used up a charge. so unless jagex is planning on fixing that bug, it may also be prudent to add information on this. although i do wonder if it is random. J1j2j3 06:39, September 21, 2011 (UTC)

Teleporting with no charges

Is it possible to teleport around Morytania after the charges are out? For example from Meyerditch to the Barrows?

Yes it is possible to teleport within Morytania without any charges. So if you forget to recharge, you can easily teleport to a fairy ring (Canifis) for example and use the medallion from there. ‎Dimchord^talk 07:14, October 3, 2011 (UTC)
