Shade burning GIF

Is the GIF with someone burning a shade really relevant to the god? I say it should be on the minigame article instead.

Not a god

he wasn't in the poll about gods(Which even had the camel god in it) so im starting to think hes not a god and might just be the name of the temple also the talk of him being a god in this page is speculation too. Hasaan5 01:41, August 1, 2010 (UTC)

The update spoke of "a pagan temple, Flamtaer, whose remains lie north of the town". Sound like Flamtaer was the name of the temple, not a god. I Am Me 22:20, December 13, 2010 (UTC)

I think it is fairly safe to assume that Flamtaer is not a God, but rather, is the name of the temple north of Mort'ton. Flamtaer was not included in the God poll, even though obscure Gods such as Brassica Prime and Apmeken were. This, coupled with the fact that there are Zarosian graves in the Shade Catacombs, suggests that the people never worshiped Zaros. So really, Mort'ton is a Zarosian settlement and Flamtaer is simply the name of the temple. Someone should revise the article and remove Flamtaer from the list of Gods. 173.168.98.54 22:09, January 12, 2011 (UTC)

I'll request comment for this. The proof we have sure is good enough, but it can't hurt to have more input on this, right? —The preceding signed comment was added by I Am Me (talk contribs). 14:17, May 20, 2011 (UTC)

Redirect

The redirect from Temple of Mort'ton should not lead to the Flamtaer article. It should link to Shades of Mort'ton (minigame). I do not know how to redirect a link so any help would be appreciated.

Changed it. Not really sure about this article as a whole. --Henneyj 22:35, March 27, 2012 (UTC)
