Catch and Loot Rates

During these catches I was 97 Hunter. Using 371 raw pawya meat I managed to successfully catch 381 grenwall. Those 381 grenwall yielded 7,451 grenwall spikes, averaging 19.56 per catch as well as 151 herbs. The herbs were 3 dwarf weed, 5 lantadyme, 11 cadantine, 13 kwuarm, 19 ranarr, 24 toadflax, 35 avantoe, and 41 irit. I thought maybe we could add to this or make some kind of a log for their herb loot. Sam ber en 07:33, June 18, 2013 (UTC)

Were you using a fruit bat, arctic bear, or pack yak? Or if you did use the bear and something else (at different times, obviously): did you notice a significant success rate change when not using the bear? Dsctatom (talk) 05:34, August 16, 2013 (UTC)

I noticed I had exactly 999 grenwall tickets in the bank so I decided to use em up. I started at 85 hunter and ended at 88(with only 18k exp to 89.) I forgot to record the pawya meat used, but I'm 99% sure it was between 1/4 and 1/5 lost without a catch, including meats regained. Using an Arctic Bear and Scentless potions, my loot was:

12 dwarf weed

13 cadantine

19 lantadyme

45 kwuarm

51 ranarr

56 toadflax

77 avantoe

113 irit

Once I was into the 90s (plus a bear) I was buying less than 1 meat per Grenwall on average (due to the return of meat from a success occasionally). Dsctatom (talk) 19:28, November 7, 2013 (UTC)

Tirannwn task reward

I added in some basic details about the use of the tirannwn medium task reward, specifically not requiring bait, to the method section. Does anyone have an updated xp/hr rate with all boosts (i.e. arctic bear, scentless potion, etc) that can be achieved with the quiver? Also any additional relevant details that could be added, would be appreciated. Thanks.
