No. Only the mask with charges offers additional damage and XP/drops. ~~All effects~~ These effects are lost upon usage of the charges. Kollosso (talk) 11:36, June 18, 2014 (UTC)

Not all effects. The teleport, task-force, tally, and protective functions of the mask still work, and the helm gains a transformation emote also.
