Male Herald Capes fixed[]

Turkey Crest[]

Reason why herald capes were created[]
I seem to remember reading a forum post from a Jmod from when the capes were created that said herald capes were created because there were a lot of players making clans just to get a clan cape, and giving them herald capes gave them a new customisable cape that they could get on their own.
