Cleanup

Thsi article continually referrs to teh player as "you" and uses many slang terms such as "stuff" --[[[[Image:Rune_full_helm_sig.pngMrs Skilly]]]] 09:02, 13 October 2007 (UTC) For some reason, in the editing screen it says Black Knight Titan after monsters to kill, but in the article it does not. Is there anyway to fix this glitch?Wrathanet 22:02, 28 January 2009 (UTC)

Minor detail regarding the Fairy Ring

Hmm it appears you only need to go to brimheavn once, I managed to use the fariy ring after resucing Sir Percival.
I would edit myself, however i'm not too conifdent on doing this.

Before talking to Sir Galhalad, You need to visit Entrana and talk to the monks to find out how You can find the whistles. Galhalad doesn't give out the napkin unless Entrana is visited.

Bloom Lighting

Why is bloom lighting one of the subheadings? I don't see any connection. Would change it myself, but not sure what to change it to or if the current title is indeed somehow related.

Misleading length

I finished this in about 15 minutes using the Wicked Hood teleport once and Fairy Rings once. Officially it's "Long," but it's one of the shortest quests I've done in recent memory. Should there perhaps be a note about this? (I know I avoided it until I had time to do a longer quest, when there was no need to. Even the items required are minimal.) 97.94.98.198 08:49, October 5, 2013 (UTC)

Not really important information. Many of the 'long' quests were long because of the amount of time spent walking, which has been drastically reduced by things like the Wicked Hood and Lodestone Teleports. Snowskeeper---Till Hell Freezes Over. (talk) 23:26, October 5, 2013 (UTC)

Huh? Important by what standard? It was important information to me, a user of this guide, and affected my decisions both about when and whether to do this quest. Additionally, if length isn't important, it shouldn't be listed at all, rather than incorrectly. But as you point out, there are major differences between "walking time long" and "actually long" quests. Since this quest strays from official length anyway then it's worth getting right...not to mention other quests have far more detailed and incredibly helpful descriptions of length, such as '1-2 hours if you have completed RandomQuest and have unlocked RandomTeleport.' I'd consider updating it except I don't know if this wiki has standards for describing length; all it says in the template is where to find the official length.

Or perhaps those that list anything other than official length aren't supposed to. Which is a bigger wiki policy question then. Any official word on if we should we be listing official lengths only, official + estimated lengths with/without various unlocks when estimates are available, or something else? 97.94.98.198 01:30, October 6, 2013 (UTC)

The official length we have no control over. The wiki length we do though and if you think it doesn't deserve that length then change it Template:Signatures/Ciphrius Kane 01:35, October 6, 2013 (UTC)
Sorry; I need to clarify what I meant by that. Certainly helpful information regarding ways you could do this faster should be added, but what I thought you meant (not sure why I thought this; it wasn't a logical conclusion) was that you were considering adding something along the lines of "despite being marked as a long quest, it can be completed in 15 minutes" to the trivia section. Again, totally illogical considering what your originally post was. It was probably a case of big text registering more with the mind than little text. Snowskeeper---Till Hell Freezes Over.
