Stun/Bind/Snare

Is stun just bind + snare?  Would it be technically wrong to say this ability no longer stuns?  Does it "stun" for 3 seconds and then "snares" for a little bit after that?  Would that be an equivalent way of looking at this?  I'm trying to figure out for the purpose of Wrack and other abilities (Punish, etc.) that do more damage when an enemy is stunned. 108.34.164.98 08:34, November 16, 2014 (UTC)
