They drop gold charms the most. Always dropping them 3 at a time.
They are not immune to poison!
I don't think they have an attack style, no prayer seemed to be working, they might have something that reduces damage effectively against them, but I'm not sure.
Considering they're statues, their defence seems remarkably low.
4 Death runes seem like a common drop.
Each general uses a different style from combat triangle
Breegth: magic
Shredflesh: melee
Gromblod: ranged
