Not sure what is meant with this

An anon added the following:

If the new Charge Drain Reduction has not been activated, junk refiners will require a full bar +1 additional charge. In order to make it so the refiner will complete all components in one activation, Charge Drain Reduction must be researched, and an additional level must be completed. 

For instance at level 102 a player has the ability to make 19 components, however has to make 18 then one more. After activation of Charge Drain Reduction, this does not change. However, once the player levels up to level 103, the player will obtain the ability to make all 19 components with only one activation of the refiner if the research has been completed.

First reaction was ¯\_(ツ)_/¯, but after some deciphering I think he is talking about this oversight by Jagex. He also throws in some stuff about charge drain reduction which seems to me to be irrelevant.

What confused me was the bit saying that you need to "activate" the Charge Drain Reduction, but as far as I know, you discover the blueprint and that's it, I'm not sure what they meant by activating. :S Salix of Prifddinas ^(Talk) 13:27, March 8, 2017 (UTC)
