Okay. The staff cannot be charged or alched according to this thread. For further proof, it does not show how many charges it can hold in the reward interface, but the other staves do. It only shows the lvl required to wield it. We can assume its only good for its stats.72.193.11.17 01:19, May 1, 2012 (UTC)
