How Does This Work?
I dont get how this works. So if i go to fire altar, how is it decided what runes i make?--Ur Just Jealous §§§§§§§ 05:30, February 11, 2010 (UTC)
- You don't need a talisman in your inventory at all. You use the opposing runes on the altar. I have added this to the article. --Andorin (Talk) (Contribs) 06:13, June 1, 2010 (UTC)
- I am highly dubious. You could then train runecrafting with stackable supplies. 18.104.22.168 18:23, January 25, 2011 (UTC)
- pure essence isnt stackable, as a note for anybody who sees this 13:18, September 19, 2011 (UTC)
How Is This Considered "Viable"?
How is this considered "viable", exactly? Is it just the cost reduction?
Because carrying the runes needed for the spell means less runes crafted per trip than if you just carried one talisman, and I highly doubt anyone could cast the spell, withdraw a few more essence, and get to the altar before the spell wore off with anything short of a teleportation tablet (which also consumes a slot that could hold an essence as well...).
