So from 45-99 firemaking:

13,034,431-61,512=12,972,919XP

12,972,919/135XP (Maples)=96,096

12,972,919/67.5XP (Willows)=192,192

Almost 2x the amount of willows

Willows 18gp Maples 36gp Maples 135xp Willows 67.5xp

Maples .26667gp/xp Willows .2666667gp/xp

Same cost, MAPLES ARE BETTER

Maple logs will probably fluctuate to up to 38 each. The speed will still be worth the 2 extra gp/log. That would only be .28gp/xp

Anyway, this would cost ~3460K

Same cost per experience point, yes, which comes down to the same thing. Sorry, using proper units is a peeve of mine... Looks like maples are lots faster than willows, you're right! :D 76.174.70.156 08:09, 17 February 2009 (UTC)

What units would you like me to use? I was about to do f2p cooking next. Only taking into account Tuna, Lobsters, & Swordfish all from the GE buying & selling at market price.

Why doesn't this page list the requirement to burn maple logs? It needs the info....--
