Myth?[]
When I dung in groups, people always say don't kill the dino. (I AM F2P SO I CAN'T HUNT THEM) When I ask why, they say you lose xp. Some say it doesn't matter, some say otherwise.
So what is it? Does killing mastices within Daemonheim make you lose xp? LOLILIKECHEESE
- The experience gained within Daemonheim takes into account the number of rooms opened, the floor, the party size, your prestige, the size of the dungeon, whether you have done all the floors in the set and the number of deaths you had. What DOESN'T affect your experience is time, monsters killed, resources used, etc. So no, killing them does not matter Template:Signatures/Ciphrius Kane 00:26, November 13, 2011 (UTC)
- Ah, ok, thank you for clarifying. --LOLILIKECHEESE 23:23, November 13, 2011 (UTC)

Because in P2P dungeons people could get hunter xp from them for catching them, and someone most likely misunderstood when they said that it costs them hunter xp. to kill it. ~Leeber2002
Well, mostly people say it costs them dunge exp. which is utterly silly. . . . Yours, Enquidou Talk

Moving XP Myth from trivia to top of the page?[]
It's kinda notable how people still believe nowadays that killing these things do affect the XP you get from one dungeon. That's why I think this should be moved to the top of the page instead. Anyone else agree that it should be moved? 84.81.64.213 10:34, July 16, 2014 (UTC)
