I've attempted to fix the issues with the layout/pictures with this article, but I have left the cleanup template at the top in case this is not enough.

The user who tagged the article was not a registered user (or at least had not logged in), so I will just say here that if this is OK now then that template can be removed. I didn't want to remove it myself without being sure.
