Effect

Does anyone have any more info how the effect works? I can't get my Mysterious 2 to randomise any kind of XP values. Is it possible that different ranks actually have different effects? From the edit history it can be seen that the randomisation of XP values is at least questionable. Thingummywut (talk) 14:51, January 12, 2017 (UTC)
