It is probably true that he is in fact Saradomin. However, this is very unlikely.

I have wondered about this random even thing. Especially the spinning quiz box. I think the real purpose behind it is to make it harder to run scripts and bots. It is trivial for a human to answer these, but extremely difficult if not impossible for a computer.
