2x Reducing Rate for Boosted Stats?

I seem to remember seeing something in "In other news..." on one of the updates (on the RuneScape home page) that said something to the effect of "Rapid Restore has been fixed to no longer reduce boosted stats at twice the normal rate." I could be wrong, but could there be some proof shown that this prayer still reduces boosted stats at 2x the rate? --Canifis 20:09, March 3, 2011 (UTC)
