This is so awesome :D! It has every patch, herbs, allot, bushes, trees, special (spirit, mushroom, cactus, etc), calquat, etc. Plus you can cure every patch with the spell! Shinydarkrai94 18:20, April 6, 2011 (UTC)

Okay, so it does check every patch. I didn't know if it did that or only checked one of the patches like the farming amulets did. Kingofdanerds 03:36, April 27, 2011 (UTC)

Uh oh[]

I have all 8 spells, this one, unforuantly when you use it, I find it resets my herb growth time, does anyone else have this problem?

do you mean it resets the growth time when you cure a patch? that has always happened, it's just easier to see with the spell active. Loqk 06:29, May 27, 2011 (UTC)

while spell is active[]

while you have the spell menu open, gardens you may see in game will not update and the list itself will also not update. when you close the spell screen, any gardens you can see on your screen will update to their current growth.

if you mean that while interface is open, all growth is *paused*, this is really bad. Suppose you stood next to a growing patch of herbs, and kept interface open 20min. As soon as you close interface, are you saying the herbs will change instantly? Icy.viper 18:55, June 23, 2011 (UTC)

in other words, you cannot keep the spell open to keep updated on your patches, you have to cast anew to recieve updated information. the only exception to this is when you cure a plant, in which case that plant updates immediately with its new status. i have not tested to see if curing a plant updates all the plants statuses and the logistics of this test are tricky. I've updated the basic mechanics of how the spell works. Basically, if the game clock hits the time when a farming update SHOULD occur, it will delay doing that update until any interfaces are closed. I don't think you could try to cure a plant that's about to get diseased before it happens because I don't think the update happens until after the interface is closed.
