Is this worth using for powermining training, or is it too slow to justify it's use? 81.155.170.248 20:19, 15 November 2008 (UTC)
Bandos and Armadyl minions won't attack?[]
Can anyone verify this? Is this a glitch or something, because if so it can be very useful for players fighting gwd bosses. C.ChiamTalk 07:40, 10 January 2009 (UTC)
Experience table[]
If it's true that the axe can mine 500 ore as stated in the article, shouldn't the table look more like this? Calculated with exp times 500.

---|---|---|---|
Pure Ess | 5 | 10 | 5,000 |
Copper | 17.5 | 35 | 17,500 |
Tin | 17.5 | 35 | 17,500 |

This seems way off if you can mine 500 ore per axe. I have no idea if that's true. Bendik.Talk 12:06, 17 February 2009 (UTC)
Ores mined and level effects[]
I've added a total ores mined column to the table, which will make it easier to check the total experience figures, give an idea of how long it will take to use a pick for training, and can be used to check whether level has an effect.
At the moment, the new column is labelled (lvl 66) because this is the only data I have. If users with level 40 mining (or as close as possible) and level 99 mining could check these figures, we could rule out any kind of level effect on the use of sacred clay tools. If you must delete these additions in the name of tidying, at least move them to the talk page please. 144.32.126.15 22:09, 9 March 2009 (UTC)
Speed?[]
What speed is it? Like rune pick or bronze pick? This should be added to the article.
If its slow as bronze pick, the double exp doesnt really help because rune pick mines alot faster
also, does it work on stars?

Generally people say it's rumoured to be as fast as rune, but we'd have to repeatedly to time how long it takes to mine 100 of the same type of ore and average it out, to know for sure. 144.32.126.14 13:39, 20 March 2009 (UTC)
- I have used this countless times, and have roughly timed how many ores I can get in an hour. The numbers showed that it is very comparable to a rune pickaxe, with the rune getting slightly less ores, as it seemed to bring more gems. Through my rough expiriments, I would say it is nearly equal to the rune pickaxe. Karlis (talk) (contribs)

xp per pic[]
I believe some of them may be off, for example if you multiply the iron ores per pic by the xp you dont get whats in the total xp column. I also calculated with one pic that the real experience for one pic is closer to 14k for iron which would be 7k bonus xp.24.174.211.16 05:49, 16 August 2009 (UTC)
