"Leather armour is one of the main sources of low level crafting experience for F2P players, the other being Clay items. Due to over-production of these items, they are more profitable than the latter, the Grand Exchange price has drop permanently to the Low alchemy prices respectively. "
Can someone make this a little less confusing please? I have no idea what it's trying to say. 188.8.131.52 03:30, July 3, 2010 (UTC)
I've updated the table with stats from the items' in-game tooltips. My issue is this: the tooltips lie. When gloves/vambraces/boots are equipped, they provide 0 armour rating. Therefore, the total in the table (taken from my "combat stats" window with all items equipped) does not include the listed values for those items. What shall I do? — Lexmechanic (talk) 02:50, April 18, 2013 (UTC)
- I don't quite understand. You're saying that the items alone say they have a 0 armor bonus, but when equipped with the rest of the gear they suddenly have a bonus that contributes to the overall armor bonus of the set? User:Urbancowgurl777/Signature 02:52, April 18, 2013 (UTC)
- Almost. The tooltip when hovering over the items says 1 armour rating, but when equipped alone it says 0. Do I go by the tooltip or the displayed combat stats with the one item equipped? With the set equipped, it calculates the total using 0 for those pieces. — Lexmechanic (talk) 15:28, April 18, 2013 (UTC)
