I wonder...

These are my guesstimations of why those quests are required for this one:

• Plague's End - Prifddinas = elves = Seren = duh :P
• The World Wakes - 6th age, Guthix, etc. only required for OoaK atm, optional for MPD.
• Fate of the Gods - Zaros.
• The Temple at Senntisten - Was optional for FotG, makes sense to make it required.
• Meeting History - We've seen Haluned during that quest, which is Seren's avatar.

I wish they would make RotM a requirement for a quest... Quests <3. Does anyone else have suggestions as to why they choose these quests as a requirement? Salix of Prifddinas ^(Talk) 12:58, July 21, 2015 (UTC)

The ingame guide says 80 Slayer is a requirement, however the quest can be started and completed without having or even boosting to 80 Slayer. The Slayer rewards lamp at the end cannot be used without 80 Slayer however. Killy6 (talk) 16:37, August 24, 2015 (UTC)

I've added a reference to the Slayer requirement explaining this (I'm only assuming it's in case you want to fight the shifters). Take a look and see if you think it's better now. AnselaJonla 16:43, August 24, 2015 (UTC)

My character had 79 Slayer but I was able to kill the shifters, so it was only the reward lamp that I couldn't claim. Killy6 (talk) 16:46, August 24, 2015 (UTC)

Requirements

In reference to the Trivia bit about the crow thing, I'm pretty sure the crow named "Bran" is a very obvious "Game of Thrones" reference. In case anyone feels that should be in there. 198.57.57.106 04:59, August 28, 2015 (UTC)

Mod Raven, who developed the quest together with Mod Ollie, and probably put in that raven himself, confirmed that Bran is just the Welsh word for raven. He also confirmed that it is NOT a reference to Game of Trones. Please do not add that to the trivia, it will be removed. Salix of Prifddinas ^(Talk) 05:31, August 28, 2015 (UTC)

Grand defence potion

87 Crafting and 79 Herblore are required to create a Grand defence potion and this is a requirement for ironmen, unless you can get another person to do that step for you or receive it as a drop. Could someone kindly consider adding this to the quest guide page as it looks like a hidden requirement right now? I couldn't think of where it would fit. Thank you.

Listing 79 Herblore would be redundant since you require 80 Herblore for the quest which is not boostable. As for the Crafting requirement, I've added that one, but there isn't really a guide line for Ironman required items for quests at the moment. Salix of Prifddinas ^(Talk) 19:19, November 8, 2016 (UTC)
