What makes raw wild pie cheaper than cooked? People would view it as a way to gain huge amounts of money and should raise the demand and the price with it. So...How does the raw wild pie maintain a steady price lower than cooked? Santa hat Powers38 おはようヾ(´・ω・`) 13:13, 16 June 2009 (UTC)

I believe it's because one of the ingredients is used commonly in junk trading. I think it might be the chompy bird in it. ~MuzTalk 13:15, 16 June 2009 (UTC)
That's the cause of the low priced raw wild pies? But if that is true, won't people just use the raw chompy and the ingredients and make the wild pie? They will still make a profit. Santa hat Powers38 おはようヾ(´・ω・`) 13:21, 16 June 2009 (UTC)
Could this quote from wild pie be of use? "Players use raw wild pies to buy certain rare items because of the price difference between the raw and the cooked pies." I remember seeing a quote that said about the lower price, but I forget where. ~MuzTalk 13:32, 16 June 2009 (UTC)
I know, but right now, I'm trying to say, why don't people try to buy raw wild pies in the grand exchange? They should know they would make big profits. The demand for raw wild pies would be big, thus pushing the price up. That's the part I don't get.Santa hat Powers38 おはようヾ(´・ω・`) 14:01, 16 June 2009 (UTC)

Weight

I remember reading somewhere that these were a good way to get rid of chompies due to the weight differnce (about 1 kg for stage 2 instead of 10 kg chompy), can someone confirm? 72.89.231.22 23:30, December 7, 2009 (UTC)

more sources?

I have at least one wild pie in my bank. not sure where it came from but i can't bake it yet and I'm pretty sure I didn't fight either of those two listed as droppers plus I know I have never had an elite clue.  there are three possibilities I can think of the least being another monster drop, i discount this possibility as I'm not much of a fighter. most likely iit came from either a hard clue (i've had three in the last month) Squeel of fortune or possibly a daily challenge reward... not sure which but am sure it likely one of the three did it. Hard clues don't give food other than Sharks, to my knowledge. And daily challenge rewards would (if at all) reward you with raw pies; and in all the daily challenges I've completed so far, not once have I received wild pies. Can't say anything definite about the sof, however I can't remember ever having seen it as a possible prize. 134.58.179.35 06:51, March 27, 2013 (UTC)

Dear Runescape Wiki Discuss Page Viewers,

My name is Theodore Bundy. Please do not confuse me for the serial killer. Thanks.

Moving on, I have come to this page with a question. I heard the wild pie is going to be updated in the coming weeks to be updated with a title "Meg's Hair Pie". Could anybody please confirm the validity of that statement immediately?

Signed,
