My confusion: I just want to get this out there so people can talk about it, now that the new rune mysteries quest has been released you can no longer fight tower wizards which used to drop this item, did it get moved to the spellwisp drops? Also, the page asserts that it is useful, but it has an accuracy bonus of 0?
