A teak dining table can be built in the table hotspot of the Dining Room in a player-owned house. It requires 38 Construction and 4 teak planks to build. When built, it earns the player 360 experience. Casting High level alchemy on it earns 6 coins, and low alchemy earns 4 coins. Donating it to the Kingdom of Miscellania coffers is worth 225 GP.This table is used by most mid level construction users.Players will keep making these in atempt by must lower levels to get a higher construction level instead of mahogany table for it is a lot cheaper but not the same xp
