Start point	Talk to Juna, deep inside the Lumbridge Swamp cave.

Requirements	Skill requirements are not boostable unless marked with a [B] for boostable. Quests: Tears of Guthix 44 quest points 49 Firemaking 20 Mining 20 Crafting Ironmen: 49 Smithing 49 Crafting Recommended: Unlocking the swamp shortcut during The Lost Tribe for ease of getting to Juna. 49 Smithing 49 Crafting, if you wish to make your own lantern. You don't need these levels to replace the lens by a sapphire in an existing bullseye lantern.
Items required	Items from the tool belt are not listed unless they do not work or are not automatically added. An oil-filled bullseye lantern A cut sapphire A second strong light source (another oil-filled bullseye lantern, or a Seer's headband) A rope, if it is your first time accessing Lumbridge Swamp Caves, and you are not accessing it through the Lumbridge Castle entrance.
Recommended	Starting The Lost Tribe to access the Lumbridge Swamp Caves through the Lumbridge's kitchen tunnel and having a lit sapphire lantern can be used to avoid the other items required. Spiny helmet/Slayer helmet to negate damage from wall beasts.

Getting started

A map of the Tears of Guthix cavern

Unequip any weapons or shields when speaking with Juna.

• Go to the dungeon link near the water altar in south Lumbridge swamp, travel down the hole in the tree.
• Run southeast and go to Tears of Guthix cavern link.
  • Dismiss all followers and un-equip items held in hand before talking to Juna.
• Talk to Juna in the Lumbridge Swamp Caves. ( 2•1•✓)…

The Bowl of Stone

• Use a cut sapphire on a bullseye lantern (oil).
• Light the sapphire lantern with a tinderbox.
• Right-click Light creature and Travel across cavern.
• Mine a rock, craft the magic stone into a stone bowl.
• Jump the cliff to the east or cross back over the chasm.
• Return to Juna.
• Quest complete!

Rewards

• 1 quest point
• 1,000 experience
• Ability to play Tears of Guthix once a week
• Ability to make an ornate bowl for increased experience with 80 and
• Juna teleport option on the games necklace
• 2 Treasure Hunter keys and 2 Hearts of Ice
