Teddy is a members quest item. It can be only be rewarded to you after the The Dig Site quest. One of the students has lost it and will help you only if you find it for her. It is found by searching the bushes near the digsite during the quest.
After the quest speak to Marfet or Torrcs on the first floor of Varrock Museum who tell you how to re-obtain Teddy. You need to pickpocket the female student, north-west of the digsite.

Trivia[]
- Initially Teddy was only obtainable during the quest.[1] With the update on 29 May 2007 Teddy was made obtainable after the quest as a reward.
- The item used to be called Rock sample 3.
