Tele-other Lumbridge requires a Magic level of 74 and teleports the target player, who must have Accept Aid on, to Lumbridge. This is a very popular when training Magic.

In the past, some players used to use this spell in an attempt to eliminate competition over monsters or resources. This would not break any rules, but was generally frowned upon and would make the offender very unpopular. An update has eliminated this by making the player the spell is cast on to accept to be teleported. Even if the player declines the request, the experience is obtained and the runes are used. This spell was useful for teleporting others that were using Ancient Magicks or Lunar spells as they couldn't teleport to Lumbridge themselves without a Lumbridge teleport tablet before the release of lodestones.

Remember, you cannot use Ancient Magicks or Lunar spells if you are using regular Magic.
