A thigat trap is a trap used in Dungeoneering requiring 60 Hunter to use and 63 Fletching to craft with a knife, rewarding the player with 141.5 experience. This trap as well as other traps is used to hunt bovimastyx in Daemonheim. Once laid, the bovimastyx will stick its head in the trap and, if successful, the trap will decapitate the bovimastyx. An option will be available to skin the corpse, yielding several hides of the same tier as the bovimastyx.
