The thin, slimy corpse of a deceased giant snail. Used in Cooking (12), Summoning (13).

A thin snail is a piece of raw meat that is dropped by monsters in Mort Myre Swamp. It may be cooked on either a range or a fire, requiring level 12 Cooking. This yields 70 experience and thin snail meat. The snail can also be ground to produce Blamish snail slime for Heroes' Quest, along with a sample bottle in the player's inventory.

Thin snails are used at level 13 Summoning to make thorny snail pouches. Players may receive thin snail from opening a box of summoning ingredients, a possible reward from the Familiarisation Distraction and Diversion.

Cooking a thin snail is required for the task called "It's Only Wafer Thin", to complete the Easy Morytania tasks.
