The Thing under the bed is a creature that can be found under the Wise Old Man's bed in Draynor Village. In pay-to-play worlds, players can help the Wise Old Man do small tasks, one of which is to fight the Thing under the bed.

Luckily, the monster is very weak, and players should have little trouble disposing of it. If the player succeeds, they will be rewarded with Constitution experience.

Even if not assigned the task, players may still kick the bed, but nothing will happen. The Wise Old Man mentions that he thinks the Thing under the bed was scared into his house by the H.A.M. group.

After previous speculation, it has now been confirmed that the "thing" is in fact a goblin.
