Thok runes can be crafted during the Fremennik Saga Thok It to 'Em by using crunchy rune rocks on an oddly shaped table. When eaten, they restore 10% of Thok's adrenaline bar, unlike crunchy rune rocks which only restore 1 life point. Unlike normal runes, Thok runes can only be crafted one at a time.
