The time capsule is a quest item involved with The Chosen Commander quest. Players must give this to Mistag during the quest. During the quest, the Goblin scribe (in the council chamber) suggests making a time capsule. The archeologist, Tegdak, will give you a box of artefacts. Give the box to Mistag and he, with your help, will bury it.
