The Toad and Chicken is a bar and an inn found in Burthorpe, north of Taverley. It has two floors. On the ground floor there is a pub, and on the first floor there are rooms to stay in. Players doing the old Death Plateau quest could find Harold in the third and last room.
Wizard's mind bomb, dwarven stout and Asgarnian ale were all purchasable from this bar for two coins each. An Asgarnian ale and a empty beer glass spawned on the bar counter.
The Toad and Chicken Inn was removed from the game on 31 January 2012 in the Troll Warzone update. It was replaced by The Pick and Lute pub in Taverley.

- The name might be a reference to a basilisk, which is said to hatch from a chicken's egg which a toad has incubated.
