Toothless Kevin is a pirate of Mos Le'Harmless mentioned by an unnamed woman in one of the island's inns. He apparently is going to meet her there to buy illegal goods, possibly "the stuff" used in the brewing process. Toothless Kevin is only mentioned if your character is male. If your character is female, the woman will mention Toothless Lisa instead.
