Torn grimoire pages are exclusively obtainable as a drop from Solak.
Each page adds 45 minutes to Erethdor's grimoire's timer. Unlike God books, no torn grimoire pages are required to create the grimoire as it is unlocked from an Erethdor's grimoire (token).
