Torrell is a gardener who looks after the bush farming patch to the south of East Ardougne. He will not look after Poison ivy bushes though, because they cannot be diseased. Players can use him as one of the 5 gardeners during the A Fairy Tale Part I quest. Torrell is a gardener of a bush patch; however, he is holding a watering can even though bushes do not need to be watered.
Quickest way to get there is to teleport to Ardoungne and run through the Zoo, when you meet a three way split road take a right then at the next turn take a left.
