The Tough Guy is a Menaphite henchman fought during The Feud quest. He will appear after Ali the Operator instructs the player to talk to the Menaphite Leader. The Tough guy appears at the southern end of Pollnivneach. The Tough guy is immune to poison, so poisoned weapons don't matter. He looks similar to the Menaphite Thug.
He can be safespotted from the camel pen fence.

- Before an update, he wielded a steel scimitar. He now currently wields an oak-blackjack.
