The Tough guy is a Menaphite henchman fought during The Feud quest. He will appear after Ali the Operator instructs the player to talk to the Menaphite leader. When slain he drops a Willow Blackjack.
The Tough guy appears at the southern end of Pollnivneach.
The Tough guy is immune to poison,so poison weapons may not be perfered when fighting him.
After completing the quest you can not see him again.
