At Soul Wars, after Nomad's Elegy[]

Talking to the Pile of ashes[]

  • Can you tell me more about Soul Wars?
    • Player: Can you tell me more about Soul Wars?
      • Can I have another tutorial?
        • Player: Can I have another tutorial?
        • Player: What's that, Zimberfizz? I've already been through this with Nomad?
        • Player: Well, yes; but I forgot.
        • Player: What's that? You're sure I can revisit the tutorial by remembering the one I had already, or I could read the handy guide book you have?
          • I want another tutorial.
            • Player: I want another tutorial.
            • Player: Now to think really, really hard about the tutorial I had before...
            • (Soul Wars tutorial begins)
          • The book sounds good; could I have a copy?
            • Player: The book sounds good; could I have a copy?
            • You help yourself to one of the books Zimberfizz keeps in his absurdly spacious hat.
            • Thanks, Zimberfizz!
      • Tell me how you got to be here.
        • Player: Tell me how you got to be here.
        • The ashes wax lyrical about Zimberfizz's life story.
        • Player: Fascinating...
      • Actually, I don't want to talk to you.
        • (See below)
  • Can we talk about rewards?
    • Player: Can we talk about rewards?
    • Player: Hmm? You sell experience and items to people who participated in Soul Wars?
      • Let's see what you have.
        • Player: Let's see what you have.
        • You root around in Zimberfizz's ashes for reward items.
        • (Soul Wars rewards interface opens)
      • I'm not interested right now.
        • Player: I'm not interested right now.
  • Can we talk about ammunition?
    • Player: Can we talk about ammunition?
      • If you haven't previously upgraded your cape
        • Player: No, not making it! You see, I helped create a device that returns my ammunition.
          • If you have one of Ava's devices in your inventory
            • You show (whichever device you have) to Zimberfizz's ashes.
            • Player: I was wondering; could you maybe make the team capes do something similar?
            • Player: What's that, Zimberfizz? You think you saw Nomad do something like that before?
            • Player: So this will only work in Soul Wars? That's better than nothing. Thanks!
          • If you don't have any of Ava's devices in your inventory
            • Player: Hmm, I'll have to go and see Ava in Draynor Manor, to see about getting a replacement.
      • If you have previously upgraded your cape
        • Player: Actually, the new cape is working out fine for me, thanks!
  • Talk about something else.
    • Can we talk about my own Soul Wars cape?
      • Player: Can we talk about my Soul Wars cape?
        • If you still own the cape
          • Player: Could I swap my cape for a different colour?
          • Player: What can I say? I am a creature of fashion!
            • If you have your cape in the inventory
              • You swap your Soul Wars cape with one you find under Zimberfizz's ashes.
              • Player: Thanks.
            • If your cape is in the bank
              • Player: Oops, I'll just go and get the cape from my bank.
        • If you no longer own the cape
          • Player: Could I have another Soul Wars cape?
          • Player: What happened to the last one? It went, er, missing.
          • Player: You want some money for it? Fair enough, how much do you need?
          • Player: A hundred and fifty thousand coins? That is quite steep. Why can't you just give me one for free?
          • The ashes glare at you.
          • Player: Fine...
            • Okay, I'll take a new cape.
              • [missing]
            • That's too expensive for me.
              • Player: That's too expensive for me.
    • What's going on with the soul obelisk?
      • Player: What's that? You can't start the bottling process any more?
      • Player: Well, that's for the best.
    • Actually, I don't want to talk to you.
      • (See below)
  • Actually, I don't want to talk to you.
    • Player: Yeah, talking to your ashes is just creepy. Catch you later, Zimberfizz.
    • The ashes will be waiting for you to return, Player.
