Trevelian Crwys is an elf equivalent of a tool leprechaun for the mushroom patch in Isafdar. He is a member of the Crwys Clan.
Usage of the mushroom patch requires completion of the medium Tirannwn tasks. If you have not yet completed the tasks and attempt to use the mushroom patch, Trevelian alerts you that you must show your dedication to the elves by completing these tasks to be able to use the mushroom patch. After completing the tasks, Trevelian permits you to use the mushroom patch.
