The Tribesman is a human monster. It can be found in Karamja near Tai Bwo Wannai. It is crucial to remember that Tribesmen can poison you, as they wield an iron spear (p++). They also appear as an enemy during the Tai Bwo Wannai Cleanup activity.
Tribesmen are very dangerous and should never be taken lightly. Even though their actual attacks only hit up to 40 points of damage, any attack that damages you will inflict poison. As the poison is super strong, it will deal 68 poison damage per hit. Low level players and village cleaners of all levels should take strong precautions and carry anti-poisons at all times.

Trivia
- Tribesmen used to inflict an 11-damage poison condition. The poison damage was recently lowered to 6 (68 after LP update) in a hidden update, perhaps due to complaints from players or scams being faster than usual.
- Tribesmen seem to have the same facial markings as Hazeel a Mahjarrat, the Oracle, Duradel, and Vannaka. This is likely a coincidence.
- Although they wield an iron spear (p++), the spear strangely does not appear to be poisoned.
- A previous scam was to lure lower levels to attack the tribesmen, causing them to eventually die and lose their items. The scammer would then pick up the items. This was stopped due to the release of gravestones.
