A Troll guard is a monster that may be used to protect the Oubliette in a player-owned house. Players must have 90 Construction and 1,000,000 coins to place a Troll in their dungeon. Players gain 1,000 Construction experience from hiring one. Trolls are not commonly seen in Dungeons due to their price and level requirement.
Like all Player-owned dungeon monsters, no experience is gained from fighting these Trolls, and they will not count towards a troll slayer assignment.
The troll guard received a graphical update in a hidden update at a later point than every other troll.
