A Troll commando was a type of troll wandering around Burthorpe and Taverley. It used melee and appeared to be disguised as or wearing a wolf skin. It was smaller than most human NPCs and was sometimes found with the Troll ranger commando and Troll mage commando. It droped the Bladestorm drape. They were often seen fighting with Patrolling Guards.

They were replaced with White wolves, which have the same stats and drops.

As with other troll commandos, Trolls in the minigame, Troll Warzone and native trolls are even stronger than them. They also seem to lose a fight against a Patrolling guard.
