Tropical Islander outfit was discontinued after an update, but can still be activated if owned.
The Tropical Islander outfit is a cosmetic override outfit that was first mentioned in the Choose Your Fate for Sizzling Summer! update. It is a six-piece outfit, worn on the head, torso, legs, feet, hands, and around the neck.
The complete outfit is no longer available, however the top and grass skirt can both still be obtained individually with Loyalty points.
