Tumeken Banner is an override for the wings slot. It is a reward for gaining Tier 2 - 6,600 overall reputation inside Menaphos. The second stage is unlocked at Tier 5 - 66,000 overall reputation, and the third stage is unlocked at Tier 8 - 194,700 reputation.
When the player has enough overall reputation, a message in the chatbox will display: You have unlocked the Tumeken Banner cosmetic override!
All three stages of the Tumeken Banner have Menaphite characters written on them, which spell out 'Golden Path'.
