Turine is a mercenary given to Sulla by the Phoenix Gang, along with Axanamander, Mergil and Greagor. She is a renegade wizard and summoner clad in black robes. She is said to "walk the Abyss, and converse with devils, enjoying the favours of its foul denizens."
