This variant of the Twiblick night special is the opened version of the item unlocked by Bill Teach, which is the opened version of the original Twiblick night special given by Captain Braindeath. It contains a chest filed with feminine wigs and various kinds of make-up.
On 7 June 2011, this item got renamed from Twiblik night special to Twiblick night special. It might be named after a TV series named Saturday Night Special, since Twiblick is the Gielinorian counterpart of Saturday in the calendar, which in turn is named after Friar Twiblick, one of the Seven Priestly Warriors.
